Screw You Facebook

Facebook has screwed me over for the last time. They must have really fine tuned that algorithm, because I tried to do a live show two days in a row and it failed.
Tuesday night I was scheduled to do a live show at 9 pm and nothing was working for me. I was running the stream through StreamYard, attempting to stream to Facebook, YouTube and Twitch, but my connection couldn't stabilize on Facebook. I tried for an hour to get it going. When I finally quit I disconnected all the wires from my computer and organized them a little better. I went live again but just on Facebook and it finally worked. But by that time it was too late to do the show, no one was going to watch.
The next day I went live at 2 pm and the live stream worked! Half way through I get a notification from Facebook saying if I don't stop the music they'll take the stream down. I was listening to Harris Heller's Stream Beats, which is streamer safe. I stopped the music anyway. I was live for just over an hour and painted my commission, no problems. Twenty minutes after I finished and shut the show down I got a notification from Facebook saying that my video has been edited for copyright material.
I'm thinking, "what the hell?"
I go to check my video and they muted the first twenty minutes of the show that the music was playing. Which mutes my voice as well. The introduction to the painting, why I'm painting it and what it means to my client is gone. I'm fed up with Facebook Live.
So now, any live show I do is going to be right here on this website. I have no clue what the experience is going to be like but I guess we'll see. I'm hoping I can listen to and say whatever I want on the stream on my own website.
We shall see.
